Corporate philosophy

SPI Consulting Services is a pillar of ideas that promote corporate, business and trade sustainability. We combine strategic business expertise with sustainability-driven innovation to help clients navigate modern market challenges while contributing to a greener, more inclusive economy.
We introduced corporate sustainability strategy through the Institute of Directors — Ghana, teamwork and consensus building through the national leadership of the Association of Small Scale Industries (ASSI), and climate change and sustainable green entrepreneurship through Takoradi Technical University.
We work as national consultants on the maiden Green and Inclusive Business (GIB) landscape study and policy design work in Ghana, in collaboration with the Ghana Enterprise Agency (GEA) and GIZ.
